Terms & Conditions - webVIP - Web Development Agency
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in business with webVIP - Web Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as "webVIP"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

2.1. webVIP provides web development and design services, including but not limited to website development, web applications, e-commerce solutions, and related services.

2.2. The specific services, pricing, and agreements will be outlined in separate contracts or proposals between webVIP and the client.

3. Contract Formation

3.1. Contracts are formed through written agreements or proposals accepted by both webVIP and the client.

3.2. All offers from webVIP are non-binding unless expressly stated as binding.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment terms will be specified in the contracts or proposals. Typically, payments are structured based on agreed-upon milestones or project completion phases.

4.2. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the contract or proposal.

5. Confidentiality

Both webVIP and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Unless otherwise specified in writing, webVIP retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project.

6.2. Upon full payment, the client will receive a license to use the developed intellectual property as outlined in the contract.

7. Liability

webVIP will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract or project with written notice as outlined in the contract or proposal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

10. Changes to Terms

webVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
